Childcare Provider
Position Summaries:
A Childcare Provider (over 18 years of age) will provide safe and intentional childcare for the children of those attending classes, studies, or groups where childcare is provided. They will be responsible for the welfare and safety of each child in their care during the programming and will also lead other childcare workers who are assisting them. This position is part-time.
A Childcare Provider (under 18 years of age) will provide safe and intentional childcare for the children of those attending classes, studies, or groups where childcare is provided. They will be responsible for the welfare and safety of each child in their care during the programming and will submit to the leadership of the adult childcare workers who are assisting them. This position is part-time.

A1 Audio Technician
Position Description:
The A1 Audio Technician will provide technical expertise and training for the church’s audio (in various formats) related to the Sunday morning worship experience. They will assist the Worship Pastor (Leader) and Music Director in creating an irresistible environment for worship on Sunday morning by implementing the vision of theCHURCH for our in-house and online audiences.
This professional position will provide scalable technical expertise and team leadership for all of the church’s sound including online streaming (in various formats) related to the Sunday morning worship experience.

Position Description:
The Youth Director supports theCHURCH’s Youth Ministry by coordinating the weekly operations, volunteer teams, and special events related to the ministry for students 7-12th grade. This role ensures that environments are welcoming, safe, and gospel-centered, helping to make it easier for the next generation to know Jesus.

The Groups Director will provide leadership, oversight, vision, and direction for the Groups Ministry that aligns with the Vision and Mission of theCHURCH. This position will be a team builder—discovering, developing, and deploying new leaders, as well as providing support to the current leaders within the ministry. This role requires flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends for leader gatherings, training, and churchwide events. Some seasons may require increased hours, especially during group launches or ministry initiatives.
