Satellite Campus Worship Leader  (Heber-Overgaard - 40 hours)

Time Commitment: Full time - 40 hours/wk. This includes regular “office hours” as well as Sunday morning service. Flexibility is required for occasional evening and weekend events.

Position Description: The Satellite Campus Worship Leader leads and develops the local worship ministry, creating an excellent and unified worship experience that aligns with the Vision and Mission of theCHURCH. This role partners closely with theCHURCH Worship Team and campus leadership to shepherd musicians, plan worship services, and cultivate a spiritually healthy team culture.
Additionally, it will oversee the Campus production teams including AVL and production teams to point ALL people toward Jesus including the teams and the congregation.

The Campus Worship Leader responsibilities will require significant collaboration with theCHURCH Worship Pastor (Leader) and others.
Reports To: The Campus Worship Leader will report directly to the Campus Pastor (Leader) and will be responsible and submissive to the Directional Team, Lead Team, and Integrity Team at theCHURCH.

Areas of Responsibility:
  • Provide musical and spiritual leadership for the Campus worship team, fostering excellence, unity, and growth.
  • Oversee worship planning, scheduling, and communication using Planning Center.
  • Recruit, onboard, audition, and develop worship team members in alignment with theCHURCH’s leadership values (C4) and requirements
  • Lead rehearsals and prepare musical resources (charts, tracks, arrangements) to support consistent and distraction-free worship environments.
  • Oversee and disciple AVL and production team members at the assigned campus to develop leadership and technical skills, coordinate proper staffing for Sunday services and events, and maintain unity within the vision of theCHURCH. 
  • Collaborate with campus, worship, and production leadership to ensure smooth service flow and alignment with sermon themes.
  • Participate in sermon prep, staff meetings, and planning for holiday and combined worship events.
  • Shepherd worship and production teams through prayer, devotionals, and intentional discipleship.
